Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead in Willingboro, NJ to oversee day-to-day program activities and ensure high-quality services for participants. You will coordinate shifts, supervise staff, manage medications, and respond to emergencies following established protocols.

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, maintain schedules, and collaborate with the Program Manager to deliver safe, person-centered care in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepares and manages house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Direct Care responsibilities including ADLs, meal prep, and supervision requirements.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage household needs: menu development, groceries, housekeeping.
• Ensure upkeep and maintenance of assigned home: cleanliness and repairs as needed.
