Job summary

CN Guidance and Counseling Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Administrative Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in residential services for individuals with psychiatric disabilities. You will ensure program operations meet regulatory standards and deliver necessary supports.

Responsibilities include staffing oversight, training, compliance monitoring, billing accuracy, and collaboration with leadership to maintain safe, therapeutic housing environments. Excellent benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all aspects of assigned residential programs and assure that appropriate and necessary services are delivered.
• Ensure all program guidelines, protocols, policies, procedures and regulations are followed.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate residential staff under supervision.
• Provide ongoing structured weekly supervision to housing supervisors and ensure staff training.
• Review and approve time off requests, time sheets and travel expenses within 48 hours.
• Meet with the program supervisor and review staff schedules; oversee staffing patterns.
• Ensure residents receive appropriate services; oversee billing and QA with program manager.
• Oversee medication monitoring and monthly EMAR review.
• Monitor occupancy and ensure maximum occupancy in cooperation with management.
• Conduct intakes and discharge planning for residents.
• Develop and follow program policies with leadership; monitor client records for compliance.
• Maintain partnerships with landlords and ensure safe, clean sites; be on-call rotating basis.
