Job summary

CN Guidance and Counseling Services, Inc. on Long Island seeks an Administrator to supervise residential staff and ensure compliant, high-quality housing services for individuals with psychiatric disabilities.

The role emphasizes program oversight, staff development and regulatory adherence. You will lead recruitment and supervision, manage schedules, and ensure accurate billing, documentation, and safety across multiple residential sites while coordinating with the Director and Assistant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a mental health-related field.
• Knowledge of Co-Occurring Disorder needs and OMH regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential programs and ensure services are delivered.
• Ensure compliance with program guidelines and regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate residential staff.
• Provide weekly supervision to housing supervisors and staff.
• Review time off, time sheets, and travel expenses within 48 hours.
• Manage staff schedules and staffing patterns across programs.
• Ensure residents receive appropriate tenancy and support services.
• Monitor medication procedures and logs monthly.
• Oversee occupancy and financial aspects of programs.
• Perform intakes and discharge planning with admissions.
• Develop and implement program policies with leadership.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure policies are followed.
• Facilitate liaison with landlords and property specialists.
• Provide on-site guidance and be on-call as needed.
• Report incidents and maintain QA standards.
