CN Guidance & Counseling Services seeks an administrative supervisor to lead residential staff serving individuals with psychiatric disabilities. You will ensure program compliance, supervise staff, and coordinate services across programs, including intake, discharge planning and Medicaid billing.

The role requires a Bachelor's in human services (Master's preferred) and at least two years of supervisory experience in mental health.

Competenze

• Two years supervisory experience in a mental health related field.
• Knowledge of the needs of the Co-Occurring D/O population.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a residential program and familiarity with Office of Mental Health regulations strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee and supervise all aspects of assigned residential programs and assure services are delivered.
• Ensure all program guidelines, protocols, policies, procedures and regulations are followed.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, training and evaluation of residential staff.
• Provide ongoing structured weekly supervision to housing supervisors and ensure staff training and supervision.
• Review and approve time off requests, timesheets and travel expenses for supervisors within 48 hours of submission.
• Meet with the program supervisor and review staff schedule bi-weekly and oversee staffing patterns.
• Ensure residents receive restorative and/or rehabilitative services and oversee billing by the program manager.
• Assure residents in supported housing receive visits and relevant services from staff.
• Oversee medication monitoring procedures and monthly logs/EMAR reviews.
• Monitor occupancy rates and collaborate on maximizing occupancy.
• Conduct intakes for potential residents with admissions committee.
• Ensure discharge planning activities for all residents.
• Assist in development and implementation of program policies with leadership.
• Monitor client records for up-to-date documentation according to regulations.
• Maintain contact with collateral sources to coordinate services and participate in case conferences.
