CN Guidance & Counseling Services, Inc. seeks a seasoned supervisor to direct clinical and residential services for individuals with psychiatric disabilities.

You will oversee admissions, staff supervision, program development and quality assurance while ensuring compliance with all regulations and agency policies. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in mental health supervision are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of supervisory experience in a mental health related field.
• Knowledge of needs of the MICA/SMI population.
• Experience in delivery of clinical services and familiarity with community mental health supports.

Responsabilités

• Manage administrative, fiduciary and program services to meet objectives and comply with regulations.
• Oversee admission, supervision of staff, and development of client programs.
• Ensure records management, reporting and policy compliance.
• Provide crisis support and 24-hour on-call guidance to staff.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff; participate in policy development.
