The role involves direct care, staff training, crisis management, and coordinating daily activities to maintain a safe, homelike environment. Requirements include a High School Diploma and at least 6 months of experience in a mental health-related field.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

Responsabilités

• Assist Program Supervisor in training staff.
• Provide direct care services and support staffing patterns.
• Deliver counseling, behavioral interventions and crisis management services.
• Monitor and assist residents in household maintenance for a safe, homelike environment.
• Support residents in daily activities including meals, shopping and personal care.
• Help residents develop actionable service plan goals and supports.
