Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential homes.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
