Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license and required certifications.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of residential homes.
Ensure compliance with ISPs and company policies.
Monitor health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals.
