Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential homes.
• Ensure compliance with ISPs and company policies.
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals.
