Eliada Homes seeks a Residential Team Lead to supervise a residential program and lead a team of direct care staff. The role emphasizes compliance with licensure standards, staff development, and ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment for youth.

Collaboration with Cottage Clinician and Case Manager is essential to provide clinically appropriate services, while maintaining documentation and program quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; non-Human Service degrees will be considered.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Must complete pre-service workshop, including physical restraint training.

Responsabilités

• Assist Cottage Manager with oversight and leadership of the Residential/Respite program.
• Supervise direct care staff; manage staffing ratios and service delivery.
• Participate in staff training, evaluation, and scheduling.
• Ensure documentation meets licensure, accreditation, and agency standards.
• Support Cottage Manager to maintain a healthy, safe environment for students.
• Maintain professional communication with guardians and family teams.
• Provide on-call coverage and adapt to flexible schedules.
