Job summary

Monarch Healthcare seeks a Residential Manager to oversee daily operations at assigned locations in North Carolina. You will support staff and individuals to help them achieve personal goals in the community.

The role requires a High School Diploma, valid driver’s license, and 1–2 years of experience in settings serving individuals with IDD and mental health needs. After-hours availability and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with individuals with IDD in residential, community, or day settings preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure person-centered plans are implemented creatively and timely.
• Lead and supervise staff, including floaters and substitutes.
• Maintain documentation, payroll, and budgetary records.
• Represent the program in team meetings and coordinate with providers and supports.
• Ensure safety, incident response, and compliance with policies and regulations.
