Job summary

Developmental Services, Inc. (DSI) seeks a Residential Program Coordinator to oversee active treatment, coordinate medical services, and maintain person-centered plans for clients in the Supported Living program.

You will supervise Team Managers, train DSPs, and ensure documentation compliance with CARF/BDDS requirements while coordinating between families, staff, and external professionals. This role demands strong leadership and organization in a dynamic home environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human services.
• At least one year of experience with the DD population in residential settings.
• CPR and first aid certification, annual renewal; NCI certification.
• Strong oral and written communication; confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate active treatment and medical services for clients.
• Write and monitor care plans and progress notes.
• Supervise Team Managers and conduct staff trainings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, funding sources, and laws.
• Attend case conferences and prepare required paperwork.
