Job summary

The position requires 2+ years in the field, 1+ year supervisory experience, and completion of required clearances. Health and safety, HIPAA compliance, and effective communication are essential across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 plus years of working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• 1 plus years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Must obtain criminal clearances as required, TB test if applicable, and other agency requirements.
• Nurse delegated for client medication administration may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of a residential program.
• Provide leadership for support staff to engage clients in activities.
• Maintain health and safety records and HIPAA compliant documentation.
• Develop and monitor client support plans and services.
• Coordinate with client support networks and community partners.
• On-call duties and remote supervision as needed.
