Job summary

Developmental Services, Inc. (DSI) in Greensburg, IN, is hiring for a Residential Program Coordinator to oversee the active treatment program for individuals with disabilities, ensuring person-centered planning and quality services.

You will supervise team managers, coordinate with providers, complete required documentation, and support staff in promoting safety, inclusion, and independence for clients in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human services or related field.
• At least one year of experience working with the DD population, preferably residential.
• CPR and First Aid certification current.
• NCI certification required annually.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Integrate, coordinate, and monitor the active treatment program for clients.
• Supervise Team Managers, provide client-specific trainings, and conduct reviews.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including progress notes, monthly reports, and billing records.
• Coordinate services with providers, families, staff, and community partners.
• Attend meetings, ensure compliance with policies and funding sources, and participate in on-call rotation.
