The position emphasizes leadership, training, and strong documentation practices, with a schedule centered on business hours and some on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to supervise and support direct care staff.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residential Specialists and oversee medication management in coordination with the Program Coordinator.
• Attend consumer medical appointments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage documentation in EMR (SETWORKS) and review daily progress.
• Provide staff training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Assist with scheduling, on-call rotation, and crisis support.
