Supportive Concepts for Families is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to supervise Residential Specialists and coordinate medication oversight in residential settings. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance, conduct weekly oversights, and maintain EMR documentation while collaborating with nursing, training, and case management teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to supervise and support direct care staff.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Residential Specialists.
• Oversight of medication management with Program Coordinator.
• Attend consumer medical appointments and communicate with nursing/training staff.
• Ensure site compliance with 6400 regulations and complete weekly oversites.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support assigned homes as needed.
• Maintain documentation in EMR (SETWORKS) and review records daily.
