Job summary

Grafton Integrated Health Network seeks an Assistant Residential Administrator to support the Residential Administrator in overseeing residential programs for children and adolescents with IDD and mental health needs. You will supervise staff, ensure quality services, and maintain regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of teamwork and growth.

The role involves budget monitoring, staff development, and collaboration across clinical and educational teams, with a Tue-Sat, 2pm-10pm

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or related field.
• Three years of professional experience with children in residential, educational, behavioral health, or human services settings (at least one year in a residential facility).
• One year of supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residential Administrator in oversight and management of assigned residential programs.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to residential managers and staff.
• Monitor daily program operations and address staffing, client care, scheduling, and regulatory needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor program goals, policies, and procedures.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor staffing patterns and workforce efficiency.
• Ensure program licensing, accreditation, and standards compliance.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with leadership coverage.
• Collaborate with clinical, educational, medical, and residential teams to achieve treatment goals.
• Assist with budget monitoring and resource utilization.
• Conduct quality assurance and lead organizational planning meetings.
