Job summary

ADAMS AND ASSOCIATES INC. in Grafton, MA is seeking a Full Time Social Development Supervisor to oversee non-class hour activities and staff, ensuring safe, structured living environments for students and compliance with performance goals.

You will mentor staff, coordinate programming, and implement behavior management to support student achievement and employability skills in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school or preferred.
• A minimum of one-year experience in program management and direction with a substantial experience working with youth.

Responsibilities

• Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures no manipulation of student data.
• Ensures Center meets or exceeds DOL/Company performance goals.
• Supports the Social Development Director in interviewing, recommending for hire, disciplining, recommending for termination and evaluating the performance of the employees in the Social Development Department.
• Responsible to provide students with quality and structured non-class hour activities including leadership, student government, recreation, extended training day and other special programs.
• Ensures that Center facilities are organized, clean, safe and conducive to student achievement and success.
• Responsible for the behavior management system of the Center during non-class hours to ensure safety of staff and students.
