Qualifications

• Some college in Human Services.
• One year working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and existing insurance, registrations & inspection.
• Criminal background check with no disqualifying offenses.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, adapt, and maintain daily/weekly staff and consumer activity schedules.
• Provide direct instruction to consumers and model teaching techniques.
• Conduct and document staff training on Human Rights, Behavior Management, First Aid, and related areas.
