Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking an Assistant Residential Manager to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will assist with daily living activities, help implement and evaluate programs, and lead residential staff to ensure safe, supportive services.

The role requires a bachelor's in education, social sciences, or management (or a high school diploma with 3+ years in residential care); two years of IDD experience and supervisory exposure,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, management or related health degree, or high school diploma with 3+ years in residential treatment.
• Minimum 2 years experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities; at least 6 months supervisory experience; valid driver’s license.
• Outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in need and support daily activities.
• Help implement and evaluate residential programs.
• Provide leadership for residential staff.
