Job summary
Reading Home & Community Supportive Services seeks a Residential Program Supervisor / Program Specialist to oversee community homes for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. You will provide administrative and program oversight, supervise staff, coordinate services, and ensure person-centered support.
The role requires strong organizational, supervisory, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with on-site leadership Monday–Friday and on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience with ISPs, individual assessments, incident management and licensing inspections.
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between program locations.
- Ability to complete background checks and required trainings.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ISP development, reviews and individual supports.
- Supervise Direct Support Professionals and residential staff.
- Ensure licensing, QA reviews and documentation accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with Chapter 6400/6100 and HIPAA.
- Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.
