Clarity Care Inc. is seeking a Division Administrator Assistant to lead and support our Residential team in Oshkosh, WI. The role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring program quality, and coordinating across multiple group homes to uphold the organization’s standards.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage diverse priorities. Candidates should be organized, adaptable, and dedicated to person-centered care for individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, or substantial equivalent experience.
• Experience: at least five years in direct care and administration of community-based health programs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook; familiarity with Electronic Charting Systems.
• Must pass WI background checks and hold valid driver’s license where required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic plans and align operations with organizational objectives.
• Support Care Management Director in improving organizational market position.
• Ensure new employees are onboarded with training and cultural orientation.
• Oversee quality assurance, group home operations, and daily living activities across locations.
