Job summary

Clarity Care Inc in Menasha, WI seeks a Program Lead to supervise staff and manage daily group home operations. You will oversee community involvement, care duties, regulatory compliance, and staff training, ensuring high-quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include hiring and scheduling, developing ISP plans, coordinating medical appointments, monitoring budgets, and maintaining safe, healthy homes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a health care related field; or a Bachelor's degree in a field other than health care, and one year experience in health care with direct contact/teaching.
• Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid WI driver's license and meet agency driving standards.
• Must pass WI Caregiver Background Checks/DOJ checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, manages, delegates and perform duties relating to care, welfare, and training of persons with developmental disabilities or related conditions.
• Oversees licensing, regulatory and procedural aspects of the home and maintains a safe, sanitary environment.
• Coordinates and manages one group home and leads meetings with staff, consumers, and stakeholders.
• Leads hiring, retention, discipline, and staffing processes.
• Develops and monitors Individual Service Plans (ISP) to ensure proper care and treatment.
