Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience or proven leadership capability.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass caregiver background checks.

• Supervises, manages, delegates and performs duties for care and training of individuals with disabilities.
• Manages home operations, licensing, safety, and sanitation.
• Coordinates and oversees one group home and staffing.
