Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in health care field, or a Bachelor's degree with health care experience.
• One year experience working with and teaching persons with developmental disabilities.
• Must pass WI caregiver background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates care, welfare, and training of persons with developmental disabilities.
• Oversees group home operations, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
• Leads hiring, retention, and performance management.
• Implements Individual Service Plans (ISP) and care plans.
• Schedules meals and ensures health and safety.
• Maintains open hours/positions with Supervisor and HR.
• Responds to emergencies and staff shortages as needed.
