Job summary

Clarity Care, Inc. is seeking a Program Lead to supervise staff and oversee day-to-day group home operations in Wisconsin. The role includes direct caregiving support, team meetings, and coordination with HR for staffing and compliance.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, a background in health care or relevant education, and a passion for helping individuals with disabilities. Competitive wages up to $21/hr and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a health care related field; or a Bachelor’s degree in a field other than health care, and one year experience working with persons with developmental disabilities or possess a nursing home administrator’s license.
• Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid WI driver’s license, auto insurance, and the ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Must pass Wisconsin Caregiver Background Checks.

Responsibilities

• Hands on caregiving: assist with activities of daily living and safe transfers.
• Leads group home meetings and communicates changes to home, consumers, staff, and organization.
• Collaborates with HR in hiring, retention, discipline, and termination processes.
• Completes all applicable documentation related to tasks assigned.
• Maintains a safe, sanitary, welcoming group home environment and handles housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep.
• Assists with community activities and escorts members during social activities.
