Devereux/TCV Community Services seeks a Program Supervisor for the STAIRS residential program serving youth with autism and developmental disabilities. You will oversee direct care staff, organize daily operations, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment while coordinating with families and external agencies.

You will lead program planning, quality assurance, and staff development, supervising a multidisciplinary team and managing budgets to maximize cost-effectiveness and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with required credits in a human services discipline and the specified experience.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to meet Safe and Positive Approaches (SAPA) mastery and follow approved protocols.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support direct care staff with assignments and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily residential program operations, including activities, schedules, and staff coverage.
• Assist with program planning, quality assurance, and family/external agency communication.
• Manage program budgets with focus on efficiency and best practices.
• Provide crisis prevention/intervention support using approved techniques.
• Coach staff on crisis response and safety procedures.
