Job summary

Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a team serving children ages 8–21 with autism spectrum disorders and behavioral challenges at the DPACS program in West Chester, PA. You will supervise direct care staff, mentor team members, and support education initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role emphasizes crisis prevention, adherence to PW-PBIS guidelines, and staff orientation to foster ownership and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree with human services credits and two years direct care experience.
• 60 college credits with human services credits and three years direct care experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in our care.
• Provide supervision to direct care staff and monitor daily operations.
• Provide crisis prevention and intervention services to the program.
• Ensure compliance with Devereux guidelines and licensing authorities.
• Orient new employees, delegate assignments and empower staff.
