Job summary

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) in West Chester, PA seeks a Program Supervisor to mentor a team serving 8–21 year olds with autism and related challenges. You will supervise direct care staff, ensure safety, and uphold PW-PBIS guidelines while coordinating daily operations and crisis prevention.

The role involves guiding staff, fostering professional growth, and participating in orientation for new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least twelve credits in a human services discipline and two years direct care experience.
• Alternatively, 60 college credits with twelve credits in a human services discipline and three years direct care experience.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in our care.
• Provide supervision to direct care staff and monitor daily operation of the program.
• Provide crisis prevention and intervention services to the program.
• Ensure adherence to all Devereux guidelines and licensing authorities.
• Participate in orientation of new employees and empower others to take ownership of their work.
