Qualifications

• Prefer supervisory experience and/or college education.
• Four plus years experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and personnel management of staff (supervise, train, evaluate and disciplinary action).
• Assist with training direct care staff to perform assigned duties.
• Assist with supervision of direct care staff documentation and implementation of training objectives.
