Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years' experience working with individuals with autism.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist individuals as needed.

Aufgaben

• Supervise staff and manage schedules, timesheets and meetings.
• Provide training to direct care staff and monitor training objectives.
• Assist with documentation and adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality.
• Support coordination of services and emergency procedures.
