Qualifications

• Prefer one or more years supervisory experience.
• Four plus years' experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Must possess a valid driver license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and manage behavioral challenges.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff; supervise timesheets and meetings.
• Assist with training direct care staff and implementing training objectives.
• Monitor health services, medication administration, and health records.
• Coordinate with Clinical Coordinators to meet individual needs.
• Ensure site safety, compliance, and facility standards.
• Schedule and assist with medical and treatment appointments.
