Job summary

Opportunity Partners, Inc. is seeking a Residential Program Supervisor II to support people with disabilities in their homes and communities. You will help increase independence and quality of life while coordinating care with a team.

The role includes supervising Direct Support Professionals, scheduling expectations, and ensuring safe, person-centered services in group homes. A designated coordinator background or related degrees are preferred.

Qualifications

• Independently perform duties and collaborate with a care team.
• Meet the designated coordinator qualifications.
• Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Relevant degrees or equivalent experience in human services, education or health.

Responsibilities

• Supports people with disabilities to live in their homes and participate in their communities.
• Collaborates with care teams and facilitates team meetings.
• Promotes hobbies, recreation, meal planning and budgeting.
• Schedules medical appointments and provides medication administration.
• Trains and supervises Direct Support Professionals for quality care.
• Maintains staffing schedules to meet support needs.
• Partners with the program manager on staff training and coaching.
