Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Associates or bachelor degree preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• OPWDD fingerprinting clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operation of a residential program and provide positive role modeling to individuals receiving services.
• Support and supervision of Direct Support Professionals in their work and relationships with individuals in a group home setting.
• Assist in development of day, residential, activity and behavioral habilitation plans.
• Ensure staff are informed of and following care plans and promote a safe, positive environment.
