Catholic Charities of Onondaga County is seeking a Program Supervisor for Toomey Residential and Community Services, a residential program serving women with developmental disabilities. The role ensures efficient operation of the residence and serves as a positive role model for individuals receiving services.

You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, help develop day, residential, activity and behavioral plans, ensure staff follow care plans, and maintain a safe, supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Must be 21 years old with a valid NYS driver's license with 4 points or less.
• High School Diploma or GED required with 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in human services or health care field preferred.
• Associates or bachelor degree preferred.
• OPWDD fingerprinting clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the efficient operation of a residence and provide positive role modeling for individuals receiving services.
• Provide supervision and support to Direct Support Professionals in their work and relationships with individuals living in a group home setting.
• Assist in the development of day, residential, activity and behavioral habilitation plans.
• Ensure staff are informed of and following care plans and promote and maintain a safe and positive environment.

Program Supervisor ensures the efficient operation of a residence, and provides positive role modeling to its individuals receiving services to achieve daily goals and objectives. The Program Supervisor also provides support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals in their work and relationships with individuals living in a group home setting. Assists in the development of day, residential, activity and behavioral habilitation plans. Insure that staff are informed of and are following care plans and promote and ensure a safe and positive environment.

This is a residential program working with women with developmental disabilities.

Schedule: Wednesday 12p-10p, Thursday-Friday 1p-10p Saturday 10a-10p

Must be 21 year's old and have a valid NYS driver's license with 4 points or less. High School Diploma or GED required with 3 years relevant experience.
