Catholic Charities of Onondaga County - Toomey is seeking a Program Supervisor for our Toomey Residential and Community Services. You will oversee a residence serving adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, ensuring daily goals are met and care plans are followed.

The role provides supervision to Direct Support Professionals, supports habilitation plan development, and promotes a safe, respectful environment. Hours include Wednesday 12p-10p, Thursday-Friday 2p-10p, Saturday 8a-10p.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid NYS driver's license with 4 points or less.
• Use of personal vehicle required.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• NY background checks required.

Aufgaben

• The Program Supervisor ensures the efficient operation of a residence and provides positive role modeling to individuals receiving services to achieve daily goals and objectives.
• Provides support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals in their work and relationships with individuals living in a group home setting.
• Assists in the development of day, residential, activity and behavioral habilitation plans.
• Insures staff are informed of and following care plans and promote a safe, positive environment.
