Zusammenfassung

Toomey Residential and Community Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee a residence serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, ensure care plans are followed, and support daily goal attainment in a safe, positive group-home environment.

Responsibilities include developing day, residential, activity and behavioral plans, coordinating staff, and promoting quality, person-centered services.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years old.
• Valid NYS driver's license with 4 points or less.
• Use of personal vehicle required.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• NYS background checks required.

• Ensure efficient operation of a residence and provide positive role modeling to individuals receiving services.
• Provide support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals in their work and relationships with individuals living in a group home setting.
• Assist in the development of day, residential, activity and behavioral habilitation plans.
• Ensure that staff are informed of and following care plans and promote a safe and positive environment.
• This is a residential program working with men with developmental disabilities.

The Program Supervisor ensures the efficient operation of a residence, and provides positive role modeling to its individuals receiving services to achieve daily goals and objectives. The Program Supervisor also provides support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals in their work and relationships with individuals living in a group home setting. Assists in the development of day, residential, activity and behavioral habilitation plans. Insure that staff are informed of and are following care plans and promote and ensure a safe and positive environment.

This is a residential program working with men with developmental disabilities.

Hours are Wednesday 12p-10p Thursday-Friday 2p-10p Saturday 8a-10p

Qualifications
