Job summary

Toomey Residential and Community Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will model positive behavior and supervise Direct Support Professionals to meet daily goals and objectives.

The role involves developing and monitoring day, residential, and behavioral plans, ensuring staff follow care plans and maintaining a safe environment in a group home setting.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OPWDD fingerprinting clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of a residence and provide positive role modeling.
• Support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals in their work with individuals living in a group home.
• Assist in development of day, residential, activity and behavioral habilitation plans.
• Ensure staff follow care plans and maintain safe, positive environment.
