Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Associate degree in Human Services or equivalent credits; six years of related work experience and supervisory experience in OPWDD setting.
• High school diploma or GED with ten years of related experience and five years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of a Residential Program, with evening shifts as needed.
• Ensure documentation for individuals’ programming is complete and accurate.
• Monitor safety, quality, and staff performance to meet goals and regulations.
• Coordinate admissions/discharges with intake and families; liaise with Support Coordinators.
