Job summary

Sheppard Pratt’s Development and Intellectual Disabilities Services (DDA) in Frederick is seeking a program manager to oversee a residential services area.

You will lead service delivery, supervise staff, monitor daily operations, and implement quality improvement systems while ensuring licensing and regulatory compliance.

This role requires a passion for person-centered supports and collaboration with clients, families, and partner providers to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of positively referenced supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with 3 points or less and access to insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage specific program area(s), including service delivery and staff supervision.
• Monitor smooth day-to-day operations.
• Implement systems for continuous quality improvement.
• Assess, coordinate, and implement direct support service needs of clients.
• Participate in hiring, training, and ongoing staff supervision and evaluations; ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory bodies.
