Job summary

Sheppard Pratt is seeking a full-time supervisor responsible for managing a specific program area and delivering services with staff supervision in Frederick, MD. The role emphasizes day-to-day operations, quality improvement, and client-focused support.

You will participate in hiring, training, and ongoing supervision of staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong relationships with clients and partner providers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Two years of positively referenced experience, including in a supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.

Description

Development and Intellectual Disabilities Services (DDA) at Sheppard Pratt offer programs devoted to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including residential programs that provide homes and person-centered supports. The Residential Program provides single-family homes throughout the Frederick community to approved individuals.

What to expect.

You will be responsible for the management of specific program area(s), including the delivery of services and supervision of staff.
