You will lead safety, compliance and quality care while supporting staff and maintaining a therapeutic environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with preferred post-secondary education and 1+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Post-Secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of clients.
• Supervise and support staff to ensure residents’ needs are met.
• Demonstrate leadership and delegate tasks to Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure staff are actively engaging with individuals and assist with crises when needed.
• Conduct 10-minute safety checks and document observations.
• Oversee medication management (administer, verify ingestion, and document).
• Document daily activities and behaviors in shift notes.
