Job summary

Devereux is seeking a Program Supervisor in the Pine Hills area of Orlando, FL, to oversee a residential program for children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges. You will ensure safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance while supporting staff and guiding a therapeutic environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with post-secondary education preferred, and previous supervisory experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a residential treatment center.
• Prior behavioral health experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of clients.
• Support staff to meet residents' needs.
• Demonstrate leadership and delegate tasks to DSPs.
• Engage residents and assist with crises.
• Conduct safety checks and document observations.
• Oversee medication management and documentation.
• Prepare meals and maintain cleanliness of facilities.
