Job summary

PathWays in Washington, PA is seeking a dedicated Supported Living Direct Support Professional to join our Residential Team. You’ll provide direct care and support to adults with intellectual disabilities and Autism, helping them build independence and stay engaged in the community.

You’ll work with individuals to follow their ISP, assist with daily living, meds when required, and transport to appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year direct care experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support in Supported Living Homes.
• Follow ISP to meet daily routines, meals, and activities.
• Assist with personal care and medication administration.
• Maintain safe, welcoming homes and document accurately.
• Transport individuals to medical appointments and community activities.
