PathWays in Washington, PA is seeking a dedicated Supported Living Direct Support Professional to join our Residential Team. You’ll provide direct care and support to adults with intellectual disabilities and Autism, helping them build independence and stay engaged in the community.
You’ll work with individuals to follow their ISP, assist with daily living, meds when required, and transport to appointments.

As a Supported Living Direct Support Professional , you’ll be part of the everyday moments that make a big difference. You’ll provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in our Supported Living Homes—helping each person build independence, enjoy meaningful routines, and feel supported at home and in the community .
