Job summary
Passavant Memorial Homes in Mount Pleasant, PA is seeking a Program Specialist to oversee safety and well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting, coordinating activities and community integration per each IP. The role reports to the Program Operations Director; requires supervisory experience, relevant degrees, and knowledge of CH 6400 regulations.

Qualifications
- Two years supervisory experience required.
- Driver's license required.
- Experience with 6400 regulations is required.
- Graduate degree plus experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide and supervise activities per IP and community integration.
- Coordinate and oversee Direct Support Professionals.
- Complete attendance and payroll records.
- Hold regular meetings to review progress and provide training.
- Ensure budgetary compliance.
- Ensure policy adherence.
- Assist IP development and annual updates per CH. 6400.181.
- Participate in IP process and team reviews.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
