Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking a Residential CNA Assistant Program Operations Manager for evenings. The role supports the Program Operations Manager across residential sites, ensuring daily care, planning individualized services, and maintaining compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

The position provides growth opportunities within a human services setting, benefits, and a path to leadership within the residential division.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in human services or related field or one year of related experience.
Current Massachusetts C.N.A. license.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure all physical, emotional, and medical needs of the individuals are met daily.
Assist in developing and implementing Individual Service Plans and Behavior Support Plans.
Monitor Human Rights in collaboration with the Human Rights Coordinator.
Assist in planning training programs to promote empowerment and dignity.
Coordinate relocation and housing preferences for individuals.
Provide Direct Care functions as needed.
Maintain financial records and confidential files for residents.
Serve as liaison between People Incorporated and families/guardians.
