Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Program Operations Manager to join our Residential Division. You will support the Program Operations Manager, ensuring the daily needs of individuals are met, and help coordinate service plans, staffing, and training for assigned sites.

The role emphasizes compliance with human rights and regulatory standards, collaboration with families and guardians, and effective leadership of a multidisciplinary team in a rewarding community setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human services or related field required, or one year of related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise or coordinate others in a residential setting serving developmentally disabled adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Operations Manager in the overall functioning of assigned residential site(s).
• Develop and implement Individual Service Plans and Behavior Support Plans for individuals.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and compliance with licensing and MAP policy.
• Oversee daily care, rights, and service delivery for individuals.
