Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Program Operations Manager to support the residential program in the evenings in Fall River, MA. The role assists the Program Operations Manager with daily site operations and supervision to ensure safe, compliant care for individuals served.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour and a schedule including Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays evenings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field
• Ability to supervise or coordinate others in a residential setting
• Clear background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license required
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and some holidays
• TB screening and two-year TB updates required

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured daily routine including house meetings, outings, meal preparation, ADL care, family visitations and medication distribution
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual Service Plans
• De-escalation and crisis management as needed to ensure safety
• Follow organization policies and management decisions
• Oversee quality treatment, contract compliance, budget management, facilities, hiring and training of staff, ensuring adequate coverage and tracking overtime
• Collaborate with all residential sites to provide supports as needed
• Ensure equipment and inspections meet regulatory standards
