Job summary

People Incorporated in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Program Operations Manager for evening shifts to support the Program Operations Manager across residential sites. The role runs daily routines, house meetings, meals, ADL care, visits, and medication distribution while upholding human rights and implementing Positive Behavior Support and Individual Service Plans.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field and one year experience.
• Ability to supervise or coordinate others in a residential setting.
• Background check, driving record, and valid driver’s license required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• TB screening and physical required on hire and updated every two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured daily routines including house meetings, outings, meal prep, ADL care, family visitations, and medication distribution with human rights upheld.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual Service Plans.
• De-escalation and crisis management when needed to ensure safety.
• Follow organizational policies and management decisions.
• Oversee quality treatment, contract compliance, budget, facilities, hiring/training, and staffing coverage.
• Coordinate with all residential sites to provide supports as needed.
• Ensure equipment and inspections meet regulatory standards.
