Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Program Manager to support a residential group home in Portland, ME. You will work to ensure person-centered services, safety, and program integrity while guiding DSPs and the residential team.

You will coordinate care, manage scheduling, and maintain accurate documentation to align with individuals’ plans and program policies. The role requires leadership, collaboration, and strong organizational skills to adapt to evolving medical needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in human services as a Direct Support Professional or similar role.
• CRMA certification preferred, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Participate in person-centered planning and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Coordinate ISP development and implementation.
• Ensure access to medical, psychiatric, and related services with informed consent practices.
• Coordinate appointments, transportation, and follow-up care.
• Maintain weekly activity schedules aligned with PCP goals and HCBS requirements.
• Provide direct care support as needed to maintain operations.
